Irwin Naturals - Quick-Release B-12 Extra - 60 Liquid Softgels
Irwin Naturals Quick Release Vitamin B12 Extra liquid softgels contain higher potency B-12 plus MCTs, Asian Ginseng Extract and more. Not all B12 Vitamins are created equal! When looking to supplement B12 into your daily diet, make sure that you are getting the best, most absorbable form of this essential vitamin. Many B12 products, as well as multivitamins, use synthetic Cyanocobalamin. This non-active form of B12 needs to be converted in the body to an active form, versus the readily active version Methylcobalamin. That is why Irwin used this preferred form in their Quick-Release B-12 Extra, which delivers a full 3,000 mcg per serving.
Because B-Vitamins are water-soluble nutrients that are not readily stored in the body and can be easily eliminated, they utilize their Liquid Soft-Gel delivery along with their BioPerine Complex, to ensure that this essential vitamin is delivered fast into your system. This unique product also delivers a range of botanicals that are often found in energy-boosting formulas. In addition, they added Medium Chain Triglycerides (MCT) Oil, which is rapidly absorbed into the bloodstream and immediately converted into energy at the cellular level.
This product can be taken daily for ongoing maintenance or as needed for a quick boost of cellular energy.

Was excited that K2 whey might be the answer for muscle rebuilding for me. I would prefer however if your products did not contain stevia extract. I bought vanilla initially and opted for Pure the second time around with the assumption it was purely whey protein. Stevia distorts flavors - very different than when not added. I only use 1/2 scoop per shake for this reason. Otherwise I would like to say I love this product but truly feeling lactose intolerance with it so not sure if it's best to keep using - another reason for 1/2 scoop. And still waiting to see signs of muscle rebuilding - the main reason I opted for whey. Remaining hopeful til the end of bag #2.
