Delivery & Shipping Policies

Notice of In Stock Items- We do everything possible to ensure the accuracy of product availability on our online store.  However, we cannot guarantee the availability of a product until the time of picking your order.  Orders are picked on the scheduled day of Curbside Pickup, Home Delivery, or Shipping.


Curbside Pickup or In-Store Pickup (2 Hour)

Orders $49.99 or Under : $3.99 (Temporarily Free)
Orders $50 or Over:         $1.99 (Temporarily Free)

ALL ITEMS Online are available for Curbside Pickup.  We keep the appropriate items frozen or refrigerated until you arrive.  We highly suggest a cooler for your items as we do not offer cold packs for Curbside Pickup.

Curbside Pickup Schedule- We offer Curbside Pickup Monday-Saturday between 10am and 6pm.  During Checkout, choose your preferred available day and time of service.

Next Day Home Delivery Policy:

ALL ITEMS Online are available for Home Delivery.  Deliveries are contactless and placed on Front Porch.

Delivery Schedule- We deliver Monday-Friday between 12 noon and 6pm.  During Checkout, choose your preferred available day of delivery.

  • Refrigerated and Frozen Items- We will transport refrigerated and frozen items in coolers with ice packs.  However, it is the responsibility of the customer to be available at time of delivery or to leave an accessible storage cooler(s) with ice packs on the front porch for the refrigerated or frozen items to be placed into for holding.  If there is not a proper storage container for these items, the order will not be delivered and will be returned to the store.  Once the delivery has been made, the customer is responsible for proper temperature control of the product.
  • Delivery Attempts- We will make a one (1) attempt for delivery per day.  If the attempted delivery should fail, one (1) other attempt will be made the following business day. Should the second attempt fail, an in-store pickup will be required.

 

Shipping Policy:

Most all Vitamins & Supplements are available for shipping. However, many Items are not.  These include items that are Over sized/Heavy items, Grocery, Frozen, and Refrigerated. Each Item is marked with available Delivery Methods.  If “Shipping” is not included, then this item can not be shipped.  If your order contain such item(s) the item(s) or order may be cancelled.  *If marked as available to ship, typically refrigerated probiotics and oils such as Flax Oil will ship non-refrigerated.

Shipping Schedule- We Ship orders Monday-Friday. Orders received by 3pm will typically be shipped next day.

Shipping Method: Primarily, we use Priority mail via USPS (United States Postal Service).  Most shipments arrive between 2-3 business days from date of shipment.  Currently, we do not offer next day or 2 day shipping.


Professional Products:

We do not offer Professional products on our Online Store.  However, you may call us directly to place an order for Curbside Pickup, Shipping or Home Delivery.
