1 scoop Natures Plus Pumpkin Seed Protein
16 oz. almond milk (sweetened)
1 Tbsp. honey (local honey preferred)
1 tsp. pumpkin spice
- Place all ingredients in a Shaker Cup (or blender with ice, if you prefer).
- Shake to blend.
- Drink and enjoy the healthy flavor of the season.
