With locations in Fort Worth and Colleyville, plus a thriving online store, we’ve built our reputation through knowledge, integrity, and a deep commitment to our guests’ well-being. 

We exist to educate and empower guests on their health journey—and we strive to work only with vendor partners who share that mission.

We approach sales through education. Your products should have a story, science, and/or tradition behind them—and we expect our team to understand it. We prioritize vendors who equip us to teach, not pitch.

  • MLM or direct-sales-only lines 
  • Misleading or unsubstantiated claims 

Our Ingredient Standards 

We believe in clean, honest formulations. These are the key ingredients and practices that guide our approvals: 

🚫 Non-Negotiables – These ingredients will result in automatic disqualification: 
  • Artificial colors (e.g., Red 40, Yellow 5) 
  • Artificial sweeteners (e.g., aspartame, sucralose) 
  • Synthetic preservatives (e.g., BHA, BHT, sodium benzoate) 
  • Synthetic fragrances 
  • Parabens, phthalates, or PEGs 
  • Hydrogenated or partially hydrogenated oils 
  • High-fructose corn syrup 
  • Non-disclosed proprietary blends 
  • Talc 
  • Nanoparticles (e.g., nano titanium dioxide) 
⚠️ Acceptable with Context – We strongly encourage vendors to minimize or explain use of: 
  • Natural flavors – must be transparent and not overused 
  • Citric acid – acceptable in moderation 
  • Gums & thickeners (xanthan, guar) – acceptable with clean overall formula 
  • Carrageenan – discouraged unless no functional alternative 
  • Vegetable glycerin – acceptable from clean sources 
  • Phenoxyethanol or potassium sorbate – in minimal amounts for safe preservation 
✅ We Love to See: 
  • Local, Organic, traceable, or regenerative ingredients 
  • Third-party certifications (e.g., Non-GMO Project, USDA Organic, ROC) 
  • Bioavailable forms (e.g., chelated minerals, methylated nutrients) 
  • Seed Oil Free or Clean carrier oils (MCT, olive, sunflower lecithin) 
  • Compostable, recyclable, or minimal packaging 
  • Minimalist ingredient panels with functional purpose 
  • B-Corp Certified 
Required Product Standards 

To align with our standards, all products must include: 

  • UPC Code – Scannable and unique to the product 
  • Get your UPC codes here:  GS1 US Barcodes 
  • Full Ingredient List – Clearly listed on packaging and provided digitally 
  • Regulatory Compliance – Your product must comply with FDA labeling standards: https://www.fda.gov/food/food-labeling-nutrition/food-labeling-guide 
  • Certificates of Analysis or Testing – Especially for ingestibles, we may request COAs or third-party testing 
  • Transparent Terms 

What Makes a Great Partner? 

  • Provide training or education for our staff 
  • Support in-store demos, events, or promotions 
  • Offer marketing and display support 
  • Communicate proactively and respectfully 
  • Share our values of integrity, education, and impact 
  • Align with our preference for local brands and items not sold in big box stores 
  • Free Shipping with minimum order 
  • Return policy – We expect our vendors to stand by their products

  • Digital labels or packaging mockups 
  • Sell sheet and line sheet with pricing 
  • Your brand’s origin story and what makes you different 
  • Sales velocity or best-performing stores (if available) 
  • Distribution or broker contacts (if applicable) 
  • Details on promotional/intro offers or launch support 
  • Available merchandising tools (e.g. displays, signage) 
  • Links to brand media assets or social pages 
  • Wholesale pricing 
  • Suggested Retail Price (SRP) 
  • MAP policy (if applicable) 
  • Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs)

Physical Submissions: 

Physical samples and all information from above may be delivered to either retail location in lieu of digital submissions. Please Note: samples will not be returned. 

 

Product reviews are conducted quarterly

If your item aligns with our current needs and standards, a team member will reach out with the next steps. If it’s not a fit at this time, we’ll follow up with a courteous decline. 

 

Onboarding – Checklist  

If accepted for New Vendor Onboarding, be prepared to submit: 

  • Provide completed W-9. 
  • Provide Proof of Liability insurance (if required) 
  • Individual product information form to be completed 
  • Payment Terms 
  • Return Details
